On arrival at outpatients 3 for Maxillo facial, a sign on the screen said there was a 30 minute delay in appointments. We were pleased that this had been communicated. We knew what to expect. Unfortunately there was no further communication and I was finally called in for my appointment 1 hour 25 minutes after it was due. I understand that circumstances can mean delays however updated information would be much appreciated and would help to dispel the feeling o frustration as time went on I heard 2 other people saying the same thing.
I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity by the lovely staff in yellow bay at A.M.U. If I had to be in hospital I am so glad I was being looked after by these amazing and caring people. I cant see anywhere that my care could be improved. Thank you all.
